There are four empowerments (also called attunements) in Gendai Reiki Shoden / Reiki Level I, which assist in adjusting the body's vibration so that you can readily bring through the Reiki energy. In addition to learning about self-treatments and treating others, participants will learn Japanese exercises, techniques, and meditations for working with the Reiki energy.
All classes involve hands-on practice so that all students feel secure with their own channeling of the energy to make sure they feel connected and confident with working with the energy for themselves and others. This certified training class is conducted in three, five-hour class sessions.
I am accessible to my students for questions and guidance after classes. It is recommended if you have never received a healing session and/or have not had experienced one with me, that you schedule a session prior to the class.
Gendai Reiki Shoden / Reiki Level I, $477
Reiki Okuden / Level II — Gendai Reiki

In Gendai Reiki Okuden / Reiki Level II, there are three empowerments (attunements) to continue the recipient's deepening connection with the Reiki energy stream. In Okuden, students are also given three sacred Reiki symbols that are used to shift the energy flow for specific healing purposes, like keys that unlock and open doors to allow energy movement in a different direction. The first symbol is used for grounding; the second symbol for emotional healing; and the third symbol for mental healing and healing across time and distance.
All classes involve hands-on practice, including distance healing, and work with each symbol so that all students feel secure with their new tools and confident with working with the energy for themselves and others.
I am accessible to my students for questions and guidance after classes. It is recommended if you have not experienced a healing session with me, that you schedule a session prior to the class.
Gendai Reiki Okuden / Reiki Level II, $588

In Gendai Reiki Shinpiden / Reiki Level III - Master Practitioner, there are three empowerments (attunements) to continue the recipient's deepening connection with the Reiki energy stream. In Shinpiden, students are also given the fourth sacred Reiki symbol, which is used for connecting with light.

facilitated by me , Valorie Renée, designed to assist you in loving yourself
more fully and deeply.
My Weekly LOVE Connection will help you to open your heart to yourself and to
reconnect with your divine and empowered essence of light and love, so that
you may live from this authentic, love-centered space of being and create more
joy, harmony, and success in your life.
Energywork, discussion, and present-moment-awareness healing are fused
together. With a different theme and topic each week, such as
self-forgiveness, confidence, or allowing yourself to shine, My Weekly LOVE
Connection holds a loving space and creates opportunity for growth and healing
for each individual participating. You will…
~ identify resistances and gently work to heal and release them,
~ embrace your potential and learn to love yourself more fully,
~ open your heart and mind to deeper and higher levels of loving and living.
Each call begins with a brief talk presented by Valorie on the topic or theme
of the week, followed by an open discussion of ideas or issues related to each
week's topic and to loving ourselves. We then close with a short guided
meditation and visualization.
